Here we have outlined how the Urban Village will fit into the fabric of the East New York neighborhood, offering a wide range of housing opportunities. It is important to us that we provide you with all the facts and are as transparent as possible.
The Urban Village will be comprised of approximately 2,050 residences, with the below affordability levels:
No less than 50% for Extremely Low Income / Very Low Income / Low Income (30% AMI to <60% AMI)
25% for Low Income (60% AMI to <80% AMI)
No more than 25% for Moderate Income (80% AMI to 100% AMI)

The median income for all cities across the country is defined each year by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The 2021 AMI for the New York City region is $107,400 for a three-person family (100% AMI).
